Welcome to Michael’s Salon and Day Spa, where through consistent teamwork and professionalism, we strive to adapt to all visions and needs of our clients while maintaining integrity through every aspect of our work. In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive at your appointment on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for any appointment longer than 15 minutes, or 5 minutes late for any appointment lasting 15 minutes may be asked to reschedule their appointment for another day.
Also, if you fail to show up for your appointment you will be charged 50% of your booked services. Our goal is for each client to love their results. Services received cannot be refunded, but we will gladly adjust any service you received within 7 days of your appointment to reflect your original request. If you’re not satisfied with the work performed, please contact the salon to schedule an appointment with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you. Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, rude, or disrespectful.
Every client is important to us, and we understand that things come up that may cause you to miss your appointment. With that in mind, we also want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we respectfully require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of your booked services. Any no-shows will also be charged 50% of your booked services.
